Dear Patti,
On July 8 I was flown from Cancun to San Diego via El paso, Texas. I had a vein in my stomach burst the day before and UN-be know to me you folks were summoned to come to my aid. Before hearing anything from your company my wife was at her limit. The doctors were trying to force her into other alternatives she didn’t feel good about. Carlos was the first contact she received in the early morning hours. He was an Angel to her. The voice and direction she so much needed at that time. He is so professional and was so helpful that she was assured everything was going to be ok. For the first time she felt that someone was there for her, a mediator so to speak. A strong person who would be the middleman between her and doctors.
When she arrived at the hospital in the early. A.M. she brought me up to date. My situation was pretty serious I found out and I was being flown to San Diego. What I didn’t know was I was about to meet some of the most Loving Professional, Caring people I had ever meant. Each one of EMT’s and flt. Crew are truly professional in all that they do. From the first minute we came in contact we were at ease and overwhelmed with gratitude for that they were doing. I have never seen a team that worked so well together. There effort made our situation so much more easy to bear.
Today I am recovering very well thanks to you and your people . Please do all that you can to thank each of these crew members. They deserve to know how important they are to people like us. What they do, can not be bought, they are truly Angels in disguise. Thank you very much.
